Connecting restaurant operations, marketing and customer experience.

Oishii Wok is a Pan-Asian restaurant brand in Gurugram. Parth’s work covered the operations, marketing and commercial decisions behind the business.
Those responsibilities were closely connected. A campaign needed to reflect what the restaurant could deliver. Customer feedback needed to inform service and communication. Menu and promotion decisions needed to make sense for both the guest and the business.
Parth coordinated day-to-day work across staff, vendors, service standards and customer issues, keeping the guest experience connected across the restaurant’s touchpoints.
Parth worked on campaign planning, creative briefs, promotions and communication across social, search, delivery platforms and the restaurant itself.
Customer feedback, POS information and aggregator data informed menu, product and promotion priorities. His remit also included operational changes and technology or vendor issues that affected the business.
Selected communication from the brand’s public channels, showing how the offering was presented across menus, seasonal moments and different audiences.
