We met as strangers and became family over food.
Hawker tables at 2am. Plates passed around. Someone ordering one more dish for everyone to try. Laksa, prata, chilli crab and whatever someone’s mum had packed into a suitcase from home.
Lectures became dinners, dinners became nights out, and nights out became sunrise by the water. Around us were different accents, different backgrounds and different ideas about what life could become. We were far from home, discovering the world together.
And through all of it, we carried India with us.
Homes full of colour. Weddings that lasted days. Kitchens that never closed. Film songs, family gatherings and festivals that filled the streets. We grew up surrounded by people who knew how to make an occasion feel alive.
Singapore gave those familiar instincts somewhere new to go. Around one table, the worlds we each carried began to mix.

Then life took us in different directions.
Australia, Malta and journeys through Indonesia and Malaysia brought new friendships, unfamiliar places and the experience of finding our feet again. We stayed connected as our lives and work took shape.
We opened businesses, worked with brands, organised events, developed products and explored ideas of our own. The curiosity from those Singapore nights stayed with us. Over time, we found different ways to put it to work.
Michael followed the connection between music, people and atmosphere. As an entrepreneur, DJ, event organiser and restaurateur, he learned how to bring people into a space, give it character and make the experience stay with them.
Meet MichaelDushyant followed stories. Film, music, culture and travel shaped his creative instincts, while his work in content and campaigns gave him ways to turn those instincts into communication that reaches people.
Meet DushyantParth moved between hospitality, business and technology. Running a restaurant and working in apparel gave him practical experience of what an idea needs to survive. His technical mind found another way to build: through websites, products and systems.

swee grew from that connection.
The name carries a connection to Singapore. The studio carries what began there: curiosity, friendship and the willingness to bring different worlds to the same table.
Today, we bring that spirit to brands, digital experiences, campaigns, events and products. We start by understanding the people behind a business, what they want to build and who they want to reach. From there, we shape the idea and follow it through.
Our backgrounds keep us attentive to the whole experience. How something looks. What it says. How it feels to encounter it. Whether it works when people use it.
The same care connects a restaurant, a clothing brand, a website and a campaign. Every detail contributes to what people understand and remember.
That is the character of swee: expressive, welcoming and curious, with the practical commitment to make things happen.
