Technical direction
Turn a creative or business brief into a clear technical plan: what to build, how the parts fit together and what to test first.
Parth leads technology at swee, connecting creative direction with websites, digital products, automation and the systems behind delivery. His work brings the visible experience together with the technical decisions and workflows needed to support it.
His approach comes from hands-on business experience. At Oishii Wok, his Pan-Asian restaurant in Gurugram, he handled operations, marketing and business growth. That meant understanding customer needs, coordinating day-to-day delivery and connecting commercial decisions with the experience people received.
Through Framecraft and Video Factory, Parth is exploring how software and AI can support video creation. His work spans product direction, workflow design, technical prototyping and AI-assisted development. Framecraft is in development; Video Factory remains an experimental local video-production build.
Parth starts with the business problem and the person using the result. He defines the workflow, tests the critical assumptions and builds in stages, connecting creative ambition with what can be implemented, reviewed and supported.
He focuses on useful automation, clear review points, preserving accepted work and recovery when an output needs another pass. Reviewing the actual result sits alongside implementation checks, so technical choices can be assessed against the experience they produce.
At swee, Parth aims to make technology a consistent part of creative delivery, from the first question through launch and ongoing care. He wants to help the studio build digital experiences and internal systems that are clear to use, maintain and improve.
Through continued work on Framecraft and Video Factory, he wants to develop tools that give creators useful control and make complex production easier to inspect, revise and repeat. The ambition is to expand creative capability while keeping validation and practical support part of the work.
